    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    If you need a more than 8min for next sets,What do you do in the rest?
    Someone who strong enough guys will need a more than 10min.
    I think just puffing is not enough.
    Rip,Coachs and Everybody?
    Just curious.

    I just re-read the Starting Strength 3nd for remind.

    Start the warmups for the next exercise? Read PPST3 again? Consult with coach? Play with cellular phone like everybody else?

    I usually try to chat up the hot burds in my gym between sets. Passes the time while not sacrificing your gainzZz.

    Bullshit with all the other powerlifters? Usually I just sit down and breath real hard for a few minutes.

    Resting longer than 5 minutes between sets is pure laziness.

    I record all sets and review the video of the set I just finished.

    You're not very strong, are you? Rest just 5 minutes between sets of 405 x 5 x 5 and see what happens.

    Wrestle the belt off
    Catch breath
    Change plates for the next lifter
    Shout at the next lifter
    Change plates again
    Replace belt
