I usually try to chat up the hot burds in my gym between sets. Passes the time while not sacrificing your gainzZz.
Bullshit with all the other powerlifters? Usually I just sit down and breath real hard for a few minutes.
Try to not look creepy?
Resting longer than 5 minutes between sets is pure laziness.
I record all sets and review the video of the set I just finished.
