If it was wrong, would it have survived the editing process twice?
Sir,
On page 106 if the second edition, "The deadlift is done for 1 set of 5 reps every fifth workout, due to its harder nature at heavy weights, and alternates with the power clean, which is done at 5 sets of 3 reps across." Is this what was meant to be said and not "3 sets of 5 reps across" on the power cleans?
If it was wrong, would it have survived the editing process twice?
It says why: because power cleans are more technical and to not let fatigue interfere with form.
Better correct that in Starting Strength, too, Rip.
Not to mention the training logs.
This reminded me of a couple of typos in the PPST2 Kindle. Page 163 location 2118: 'that' should be 'than'. And page 187 location 2423: 'ready try' should be 'ready to try'.
And power snatches probably ought to be done for 5 sets of 8 across, to hone technique.
It is a stack overflow exception. Just use the "Debug" command. More than likely a memory problem.
