Mr. Rippetoe, can you give us some more information on this book? How is it organized? Does it have specific sections on aspects of training, or is it more of an interview-ish book on your thoughts of training? Specific details on exercises, or more on your "philosophy" of lifting? Thanks.

Strong Enough? is a compilation of my articles for the CrossFit Journal over the past couple of years. They are essays that deal with a wide variety of topics, from biomechanical analysis to why the AbLounger is a POS. Get it today. It's relatively cheap, and it's funnier than C-SPAN transcripts.
