MCL injury update

As of today, the swelling is gone, I don't have to modify any of my training, and as far as I can tell, the structure of the joint is just as solid as it used to be. I never did get to speak to the ortho who recommended that I immobilize it completely for three weeks, which is a long story that I won't tell here.
Anyway, I completely credit barbell training for the recovery. I hope that this information is useful to you all.
