Afternoon, Mr. Rippetoe -

I've been quite happy with the progress that I've made, both in gaining weight and gaining strength, since starting your program. I /was/ until I videoed a form check today. I thought my form was good until I saw how much butt-wink I am getting at the bottom.

Hamstring flexibility or ham strength issue? Perhaps I'm over extenuating my hip and this is causing my lower back to round, when approaching parallel? ...anything else you could comment on?
