If you would be so kind, your expert feedback will be greatly appreciated. Linked video is set 3 of 3 at 300 lbs. Working my way back up after an injury/reset, and it's starting to get heavy. I figured I'd get a reality [form] check before I go much heavier. Thanks!

Tom, thanks for trying again; I'm very sorry for wasting your time. Trying really hard to get this right, and failing miserably. First video I've ever tried to upload... I believe it is public now. If not, just curse me out, and I'll not waste anymore of your time.

Not to worry. Form checks I cannot see don't burn much time.

You are essentially performing a high bar squat here. Lean over more. Drive your hips up. Don't lift your chest. Get your knees in place by half way down and don't let them punch forward at the bottom.

Thanks Tom. I knew something was off, but couldn't figure out how to fix it. So I've now hired a SSC and he's already got me back in good form. Real time, in-person, coaching is very beneficial.
