Congratulations on three wheels! jeebus you scared teh shit outa me when you ran into the squat rack like that.
cleans looked good to me. Looks like you could go up a good bit in weight. The first rep the bar was like at your nose.
Hey all,
Squat: 315

This is obviously a PR, and the video here is taken on my third set of five. I know my back angle could be better. Please ignore the "personal trainer" in the background. This is less of a "please critique my technique" video and more of "yay, look at me" video. Still, any pertinent comments would be appreciated.
Powercleans: 145

Thoughts on those?
Thanks!

Congratulations.
If you can humor a bit of advice from someone just approaching the 2-wheel stage. Then Id say that you are coming down too fast, bouncing off knees and letting them slide forwards at the bottom.
These are no big deal, and you are clearly strong & being succesful in your training. But perhaps if you tightened some of this stuff up it would be even better. Lifting shoes help a lot with getting ideal form and more consistent, controlled squats. If you dont trust a newb like me read the article on 70sbig.com:
I didn’t realize how many of you were still lifting without shoes. I’d like to go on record, much like I did with belts, and say that if you do not lift with a pair of shoes, then you are an idiot. Here’s why.
