Hello, I started the program about two weeks ago. I'm 37 years old 6'3 and 205. I'm following the third edition closely. I have a functional llp (left longer than right that goes away after si joint adjustment but comes back between monthly chiropractic appointments) and very mild lumbar scoliosis which is convex towards my right side. I'm making good progress and the lifts are feeling better and better with the exception of the squat; my right side feels weaker( particularly my ass), my right groin is always tight and the medial area above and below my left knee is also chronically tight.
My current pitiful work sets are:
    Bench 60kg
    Press 35 kg
    Dead 110Kg
    Squat 60 kg

The link below is of my last squat set at 60kg, any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    1) This is the single coolest place I'v ever seen to squat. You look like you are 500 feet up.

    2) EYES ON THE FLOOR - LOOK DOWN.

    3) Lower the bar slowly, get a little rebound out of your hamstrings, then FIRE the weight up. (You are currently doing the opposite - lowering very fast, pausing, then coming up slow).

Just don't drop the weight backwards if you ever need to bail out from under the bar. Some driver will be pretty pissed.

Thanks. I'll sort it out. Yeah, it's fun lifting on the balcony and it definitely puts some hair on your chest come wintertime.
