I'm hoping to post a video next week. Everytime I start squatting I eventually experience knee pain in my right knee. I was told by someone it was patellar pain syndrome, did some stretches and it went away. I lapsed at some point and last year I started to get the pain again, but just did lots of stretches, I think couch stretch was more effective and had no problems.
Do to a long term sickness I didn't workout for a while, I started again and once again it started, I'm stretching now but still experiencing it. Will it be impossible to figure out why it's happening without a video?
