Squat Check
Hi Everybody,
I'd like to get a little feedback on my squat, to make sure I'm not going to injure myself or anything. I think my knees are sliding too far forward, and my lower back position is probably off. Is my form at least good enough to keep adding weight? Thanks-- Matt

Your squat has a strange, jerky quality to it. Either that, or something funny happened when the video was encoded. Your back angle changes multiple times on both the ascent and descent. Smooth things out and don't allow your spine to flex in the last half of the ascent.
