Stretch reflex question
Firstly, i'd like to give thanks for your amazing program. I am the healthiest and strongest i've been in my life, and i'm loving it.
I am wondering if it is possible to become too flexible such that the stretch reflex triggers at an undesirable position?
Recently, mainly to get rid of my butt wink, i've been doing various stretches after every workout. Now I notice that the same tightness i felt at the bottom moved down a good 2-3 inches. This has coincided with me moving up in weight, so maybe my form has broken down?

This is unclear. Stretching top relieve nonexistent buttwink is not good.
