Training with a sprained thumb
Coach,
I've had a stupid little accident and sprained my right thumb. I can still do squats, presses and bench presses (although it feels a little uncomfortable and not entirely safe), but deadlifts and power cleans just aren't possible.
What are the best replacement exercises I can do while waiting for my thumb to heal?

As long as it's taken me to get to this post, it should be healed by now. They don't take very long unless you actually immobilize them.
