I am writing an essay on my strength training experience and success over the past 12 months using Starting Strength. I would like to reference an article that was posted on this forum, but I am having trouble finding/searching for the post that contained the link to the article.

The article I am looking for basically covered 10 health indicators for men, and how strength training had a positive impact on 9 of the 10 indicators. Can anybody please help me find this article? I have used the search function extensively, but as you can imagine "9 of 10", "indicator", and "strength training" are not great key words to run a search on.

    Thanks!

Was that the 10 general physical skills?

Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power,
    coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

You can access some reference to them at:

    http://library.crossfit.com/free/pdf/CFJ-trial.pdf

But there's nothing there about how strength affects 9/10 of them.

No, there won't be anything about that there. That was my observation.

I'm quite confident it was this forum, but I also know my request is vague and it's possible the article was not memorable to anybody but me. In any event I have spent so much time searching for that article that I have found sufficient information for my essay elsewhere.

Sorry for taking some of your time and thanks for the great book. I have gained 45 lbs (6 ft, 195 lbs now) from milk and the practical programming novice program and couldn't be happier with the results.
