Thanks for taking a look. These are sets 4-5 with 145lb. I'm alternating power cleans and power snatches after my volume squats on a 4-day TM split.

I've seen a hell of a lot worse. That is for sure. Keep your arms straight just a little longer. You bend them a touch early and that is slowing you down a little around the hip. Keep working to keep the bar close and do your best to be fast at the jump. Overall, those look pretty good.
