    Coach,
If I jacked this up and missed something on the search function, I'll take my arse chewing, not let it happen again and press in true military fashion. But I couldn't find a thread on the following topic:
I have 280 lbs of bumpers for the garage gym I've been building. I'm 175lbs, tall skinny fellow.
Before I shell out the cash, what's your take on fractional plate inventory I need to work through the program?
Currently I have 2x45, 2x35, 2x25, 2x15, 4x10. Any help is appreciated. Thank you for what you do.

    V/R,
    Spoon

I think your fractional plates are fine, except that you should get a pair of 2.5s and probably microplates, but you'll want more than two sets of 45s before long.

Need a pair of 5's and 2.5's and sometimes it's handy to have 1.25"s.
More 45's, I have 7 pair and would grab another when it's opportune. it can speed up a session if you have two bars, rack work and floor work.

If you need some fractional plates search for Dan Miller on here, he sells sets.
