    Hey all,

    Since we all like to talk about the state of excercise science, I'd like to share this little gem of a study with you http://www.worldofdiets.com/wp-conte...With-Table.pdf

    I know it's not Starting Strength, but I'm sure Mark wouldn't object to me posting this as this study appears in a journal and has nearly a full page of citations. Plus, I am also a scientist and that makes it better.

    Only if you locate the shakeweight on top of your head and then turn it on.

    You guys laugh, but when I get my Shake Weight deadlift up to 500, then we'll see who's laughing! Hahaha!
