SS Rocks
Guys,
Update from a 56 yo SS novice.
At my last report, about a month ago, I was having nagging back tweaks. To address that, I took a deep reset and started fresh, not letting my weights get ahead of my form.
The result: SS ROCKS.
- I have moved passed the back issues. It was a form issue, plus I am on a higher protein diet, which might be helping.
- I am now a few workouts away from body weight squats, a first milestone.
- I love my workouts. They are the structure of my week, the thing I look forward to most. The challenge they present is totally absorbing, and the after burn is awesome.
- My body is changing. I feel like I am going through puberty. It is giving me an overall sense of well being.
- And, um, has anybody else noticed an uptick in the bedroom department, like it's that much better with your musculature on overdrive?
