Is this December 2013??
Even as a 61year old, I think you can do better.

Yes, Dec 2013. Those targets are basically worst case scenarios. The press and bench will be hard. I'm a press and bench hardgainer. However, by using microweights I hope to get there.
Good luck in achieving your goals!
I don't know if you have tried microlaoding before, but you will probably be surprised how long you can use 5 and 2 lb. increases before you need to resort to 1 or 1/2 lb. increases.
I have confidence that you will do far better than this as a geezling.
Thank you. However, I'm mainly talking about presses. Even a 2 lb increase is a lot. Additionally, about 15 years ago I injured my right shoulder by trying to increase my poundage too fast. I'll take it slow for presses. Heck, I just need about a 1 lb a week increase on them to reach my goal.
Keep in mind, you can try even 1 1/2 or 1 1/4 lb. increments to marginally increase still further. But 5 lb. increments can keep going a long time in the squat and deadlift.
You know, you might just find the big gains with the legs and such might trigger faster progress in your press than you are used to. Rip has talked about this, and so have some of Ye Olde Tyme Iron Men like Peary Rader, Joe Hise, Mark Berry, and Roger Eells.
