SS with scoliosis
i am 17 and i have scoliosis of 30-40 degrees
i have been doing SS for about a month and im about to get to 100kg in squat
some times im having pain in the lower back but not really bad pain ant it usually happens when im changing position.
i am using a boston brace system and im walking in it all day exept when im in the gym or when i shower(some times im taking it off when i go out with friends).
im going to a Specialized every 5 months and the next meeting is in january.
i wanna know if you recomand me to keep on with the program or replace it with one that is less loaded.
btw:i have to go with the brace for another year(probably a little bit less).
