Now that I've got at least 1 x coaches attention:

    http://youtu.be/4kDpTIQg0X0

After what feels like years of things working against me I now own enough gear to keep under the bar my whole life; so I'm starting the program (novice LP) fresh this month:

    105kg/147.5kg/75kg/55kg squat/deadlift/bench/press
    About 5 chins now (woo)
    @95kg and 6"2
    Gaining .5-1kg a week
This is 3 weeks into it all^

On a side note, my deadlift wouldn't move for more than 3 reps @ 150kg second last workout I did them... And only 2 reps the very last workout.
Sup with that? It's wrecking my GAINZZZZ .

I've got more than a few injuries in my past, most of them involving concurrent-concussion so please be patient with my slow progress/poor writing ability (transiently).

Glad to hear you have gotten to the point where you can do the program. Stay with it, keep eating and sleeping, and Good Things will happen.

As far as your squats: not bad, really. The major thing to focus on for you is hip drive. You initiate with your hips out of the hole, but very quickly switch to trying to lift your torso and get vertical. Stop doing that. Stay in your hips throughout the movement, and let your chest rise when it is naturally time to do so, instead of trying to make it do so too early.

    Squat on, my friend.

Oh, and if you want to get my attention next time, you need to throw in something about Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, or Game of Thrones.

I'll re-squat and repost, I'll get one of my training partners to tell me "You either HIPS, or you die!!!" Mid set.

    Thanks maaaaaaan!

Might be a good idea to get a pair of safeties, trewarin. Saw horses, concrete blocks, whatever-as long as they're around.

Not a bad idea, I'm about to rent a space out as I've got too many people coming to this garage to train now... Was going to weld up a rack from the websites plans.
Something temporary in the meanwhile would be bonza.

Here's a crack at staying in my hips:

Good work, much better staying in your hips. Now, get tighter at the bottom and bounce off of that tightness.
