    Default Squat form check

    How do they look? Aside from me not looking down and having a slight kip at the beginning, am I doing too much of a good morning? I really focused on hips up first rather than going up with my chest first. I hope my back isn't curling too much that way.

    Any other critique you have is appreciated. Thanks

    You squat needs work. Make your stance about an inch wider and turn your toes out more. First force your self to look down 4 feet in front of you. Cue yourself eyeballs down. Next make your knees and hips break together. And finally cut your depth 3 inches. Stay tight in the bottom. Working on these thing will get you started. Post another video in a week
