    Narrow your stance. Widen your grip. Start with the bar closer to you. Pull as recommended in the sticky thread at the top of this forum. While there, watch the power clean video at the bottom of the sticky. Keep your arms nice and straight until you have completed the jump.

    I tried to implement your advices. And worked a lot on my pull. I think i still need to shrug harder and think more of pulling backwards, right ? So here is another video.

    You do not need to worry about shrugging or pulling backwards. Instead, lock your elbows until the instant after you have completed the jump. Fix your gaze on a point on the wall in front of you. This is the position in which you want to get:

    If it's not too much to think about at once, I'd also add "elbows up." It seems like you're catching it in your hands, with your elbows pointing straight down, then raising them after the catch. This should help you rack in better on your delts.

    His ability to rack is okay, if not great. Looks like he is catching it on his shoulders, not the hands.

    Must've just been the way I was pausing the video as I watched it, because I don't see it when I watch it straight through.
