Your favourite - back problem question
Hello,
I will keep this short since you probably have better things to do. I have read many forum threads but still not sure.
22 years old
208lbs 6"1 (still trying to gain weight)
Squat: 270x5x3
Deadlift: 260x5 (short arms)
back pain:
- not feeling it when training yet
- getting worse on off days
- not acute (did not feel a pop), but probably reoccurring because bad deadlift day where I couldn't brace properly because I ate too much before the session
- sharp pain when I get in weird positions in everyday life and general fatigue
Should I:
1. train through it even though pain is probably getting worse on off days
2. take NSAID
3. lower the weight
4. stop being a pussy
5. do other stuff

The answer could be one or more of the options you provided. It could also indicate a form problem. Alas, I cannot tell from here.
