    Default deadlift form check. squatting more than deadlift. need help.

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    6'2'' weight 155.
    For some reason I'm feeling 135 deadlift heavy. atleast more heavier than squat. and also feel it mostly in my lower back. am i hip hinging correctly?

    Edit: I squat 150 for more reps than deadlift (same weight).

    are you looking in a mirror over there?
    find a spot on the floor, 10 - 15 feet out, and don't take your eyes off it.
