    Default Follow-up to previous Squat form check thread

    I had posted a series of videos with responses from Tom in this thread a few months ago:

    Unfortunately, I hurt my back while deadlifting a few days after I posted the last video in that thread. I believe it was just a muscle strain, but it was quite painful so I took off a few weeks and started back with significantly lower weights.

    After finally building back up to where I was previously, I hope my form has improved with more time to practice what I had learned. It would be great to get feedback on this video from today, 3 sets of 5 at 275.

    It looks like your knees may be drifting forward at the bottom. Get them in place by half way down and keep them driven out hard. Don't allow yourself to relax at any point in the squat. Other than that, those squats looked pretty good.
