The squats are good. Elbows look like they want to drop, so think about keeping them up. Do NOT exhale on the way up. Pressure is support.

Isn’t there a bit of knee slide at the bottom of each rep? To my very untrained eye it looks like it. In part because I specialize in knee slide…..
