These squats are pretty good.
I found out iv been squatting high for most of my time lifting (about 2 months) , trying to fix it now and backed off 20 lbs

any form tips appreciated, sometimes feels like i have to press down into the hole instead of riding it down, but thats probably because im just not used to the depth.

These squats are pretty good.
Elbows are a little high, so grip should be narrowed and elbows lowered so that Jovan's elbows stay healthy.
I noticed I can grip super narrow, to the smooth middle part of the bar. is there such thing as too narrow?
