    Hey Andy!

I've reached some goals on the squat and deadlift and would like to reduce the amount of time spent in the gym, but of course still want to make progress.

I have thought of two options to program one lower body lift per workout.

    First option:
    Monday: heavy squats
    Wednesday: light squats
    Friday: heavy pulls

    Second option:
Monday: heavy squats on week A/alternate with heavy pulls on week B
    Wednesday: light squats
Friday: medium squats on week A/ alternate with medium pulls on week B

Which one has your preference? I'm also open to other ideas of course!

    Many thanks

PS: 34 year old male, finished LP 5 months ago, current BW 160lbs at 20%bf and 5'6. I plan on going back to a slow bulk after I get down to ~15% BF. Best squat about 300 pounds and best pull around 340 pounds.

I like option 1. I actually use that set up with some of my clients at the gym.
