Default Bar slanting on the left

    Hello Coaches,

Last time I found out that I had an LLD when I went to a physio but turns out the LLD was overstated and it was less than 6 MM or so. I also never had any pain because of it as well but my shoulders are uneven with my left side being down and the right side being up.

I also worked on my squat technique to get my bar path etc improved and I am still working on it but I feel that my bar slant on the left is bit excessive and it only happens when I am down in the hole. I feel the slant might cause some inefficiency due to which my squat progression has slower than desired.

Please let me know what you folks think

Here is a rear video of my squat,

Your hips look asymmetrical to me, too. This may be a LLD, or it may be scoliosis, or it may be both. Make your stance a little wider. What does the squat feel like with a quarter-inch or half-inch shim beneath your left foot?
