    Hi All,

I was wondering if any of the women on this forum have has any experience/luck mitigating the issue?

My wife has been sort-of running the programs, and one of the major motivations has been to lose weight/asthetics. If anyone has
    1. a good experience fixing the issue by running the program (encouragement)
    2. any tips/tricks that would make it get better (some assistance work that's useful perhaps?)

    I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    Brad

    Some stats
    5'4"
4 kids, last one about 5 years ago (so no postpartum concerns at all)
squat 103x3 going up by 2.5lbs
bp 58x5 going up by 2.5lbs
deadlift 158x5 going up by 5lbs
press 43x5 going up by 1.25 lbs
    power clean - doesn't do

weight - yeah, no (but nothing too light or heavy)

let me know if there are any other details needed

Have you asked Marc in the Q&A? You might want to try submitting a thread in there and see what happens.

I'm new but my wife suffers from diastasis recti due to previous pregnancies. She had a 4 finger gap and now its reduced to a 2 finger gap. Her recovery has been attributed to a book she read. Not sure of all the details and may not all apply to you. But her name is Katy Bowman. Her website is Nutritious Movement – You Are How You Movhttps://nutritiousmovement.come/ . I believe she has written articles on it and has a podcast or two about it. Her book on diastasis recti is found here.
