I finally had an appointment w/ ortho-surgeon in regard to the full thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon in left rotator cuff that happened Sept 1 of '14 (was getting radiation for a thyroid cancer met the following week). We agreed that it is a "well compensated tear" meaning I am not lack too much upper body strength from the tear. I do not need to, or want to, undergo surgery. However the BP and OHP are out/undoable.

Can anyone recommend replacement lifts? Currently doing tri push downs, curls, machine rows all with close grip and elbows "locked to sides."

Last OHP 85#s 5X3
Last BP 165#s 5X3

Thanks for any ideas.
