    Today was a great workout for me. (54 yo, 245 pounds) I squatted 345 for 5, (I almost failed on my last rep as you can see!) and benched 260 for 5. My friend video'd my squat, and I question my depth. In spite of probably needing a bit more depth, my low back felt locked and solid, and I finally have learned proper bar/hand placement. Watching Rip's videos over and over helped things to click. But - would these pass as decent reps?

    While it is difficult to judge depth from video, it appears that most of your reps are comfortably above parallel. Look down, stay leaned over, go deeper, and drive up with your hips. It is time to start squatting inside the rack, too.
