Self diagnosed, as it now hurts to take a deep breath, causing my rib cage to rise.

The pain has steadily got worse over a couple of weeks, as I assumed it would just go away. It is now at the point of pain that I am asking for tips.

From searches, I've seen that pulling the arm (right arm as it is the right hand side) across the body and rolling on a tennis ball can help.

It hurts to press. Bench is ok. Squat and deadlift are fine apart from taking a breath, which I get around by breathing abdominally.

6'3" 231lbs - squatted 375lbs today for 5x5, I've been doing dead hang chins for 10's and I deadlift 505lbs.

Any help would be much appreciated.
