Would I just restart back to the week prior to getting sick? Or should I reset further back? Perhaps just continue where I left off? I haven't been eating as much since being sick (since last Sunday) though I had been kinda trying to. I've been working out consistently for 14 weeks beforehand. Maybe that unplanned week off might've done me some good as far as a recovery goes despite being sick? I'm not sure.

Do your warm up sets and judge off that; I've found a deload of ten pounds might be enough from a short layoff and illness.

Luckily I haven't lost any weight. I guess I'll see what happens when the time comes this Sunday.

It's my 1st workout day of the week. Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday are the days I train, plus I'm not 100% yet.

I had a stomach bug last weekend, I dropped about a kg in 48 hours. Was over it and feeling better by Monday, started back training on Tuesday, this week has been a mess and strength is blatantly affected. Never underestimate what a simple sickness can fuck up!
