NOT a bench shirt... I'm not looking to start lifting equipped. I just want something that doesn't encourage my upper back to slide after I set my arch, and the cotton tees I usually wear aren't cutting it.

Have you had this problem? If so, how have you fixed it?

I wearing cotton shirts and just chalk my upper back before benching. Then I wipe the bench down when I'm done to remove any chalk.

Hmmm, chalk's not a bad idea.

I'm personally a fan of a mesh shirt. The more nipple showing the better.

Maybe I'll rosin my back and go shirtless - maximum friction/maximum nipple.

Nah man. It's only fruity if you're not wearing your matching fingerless gloves.
