    Do you think a massive increase in upper body pressing volume and frequency would/could result in pec tendonitis?

    I have developed it a couple of times since January on TM, benching 2x/week every week. That is with a gradual increase in volume (increasing the load 5 lbs/week max on 5x5s and 1x5).
