Squat Back Angle
Hello,
Thanks for taking a look over my occasional posts over the last 18 months. I've just found a video of the heaviest squat I've done (triple at 190kg) Squat 190kg - YouTube and so theoretically at my worst, performed last year. I've had some struggles with form recently (specifically, leaning over) and am currently injured.
I guess I'd like to know, whether I should have leaned over more at what is very heavy for me and what I wouldn't even contemplate attempting in the near future. Or if it is basically OK, and I should make my squat look like that.

Looks like they could've been a bit more leaned over, a bit deeper, and used a little more hips. Keeping your eyes focused down and your head still helps with the latter.
