    Sup peeps,

    Was hoping to get a form check on these squats. I used to have a problem with leaning too far forward and good morninging the squats up, people on the internet and in the gym were telling me I was going to hurt my lower back. I've been trying to work on that.

    26 yr old male. 6'2, 207 lbs. 220lbs on the bar.

    Side view's probably a little closer to the ground than y'all would like, otherwise I hope these are filmed alright.

    Stance looks a little wide, get heels shoulder width

    Commit to looking down. Aim your nipples at the floor

    Narrow your stance. The bar is too high on your back. It should be just below the spine of the scapula.
