This is THE GREATEST INVENTION OF ALL TIME.

No, wait, that was the hinged-dustpan-on-a-stick. This is just a notebook with a hook attached, but I like it, and it has made my life a tiny bit better.

I'm excited for the forthcoming Rogue, murdered-out hanging logbook.

Not as hilarious as my press and bench numbers. Especially since I log the weight on just one side of the bar, which I didn't feel like explaining, and yet there I go explaining it anyway.

I hope Odin strikes you down. Of all the silly ways I've seen people deal with their training data, this is the absolute worst.

Black 2 inch tube attachment with a tray on the end for logging your workouts standing up or upside down during the WOD. For the low price of 1/2 your children's souls.

One advantage of the hanging logbook is that it's usually hanging closed whenever Hunin and Munin fly by, so hopefully the Old Man hasn't noticed yet. Shhh!

Full disclosure: that's how I log anything I do with an EZ curl bar, because I've never bothered to check how much the bar weighs, and doubling the number to count all the plates still wouldn't accurately represent the load. Plus if the bar weighs like 18 pounds, then you gotta learn all new plate math, so screw that. So I log something like 'LTE: +37.5' for how much was loaded to each side of the bar (plus reps and sets).

But for a loaded 20KG/45lb barbell?

    "How much ya bench, bro?"

    "Um, 90".
