White Bread VS Rolled Oats
Which is 'better' for me?
I have been having two slices of white bread at lunch along with protein etc but I have lately switched to having a bowl of oats. Is this a waste of time? I do add a T spoon of sugar with them.

The oats have more fiber, so if you're needing that to hit your daily intake of fiber they'd be "better". If your macros (including fiber) are otherwise the same at the end of the day however, it doesn't matter in this scenario.
