Bodyfat goals for women
Jordan my sister and a couple of her friends have decided they want to start doing the barbell training(not for competition in sports just general health) my question is if I were to have them read a clarification and maybe TBAB how would you skew the bodyfat goals for women? For instance Rippetoe says 15-17% is the healthy range for most males but what range should the women shoot for?l in your opinion? Thanks

Depends how lean they want to be, but between 17-23% is usually a good range.
