Squat Form check (especially depth)
Hey, tried my 1 rep Max today wand then did 2 back off sets with 3 reps. What do you say about technique and especially depth on those? Would that be a red light? I find they look high but if you pause at the right time it looks okay. Not sure about it.

So the fact that you are filming from the rear oblique and with the camera higher than your knee height makes this a bit difficult to judge. For a depth check, film from the side - straight on - with the camera at knee height. If I adjust for the height of the camera and the angle, it is probably to depth by a hair. Might be borderline.
