Default Proper form on Mil Press with Dumbells

I have a torn ligament in one wrist so I am doing a heavily modified type of SS.

I've seen about a 100 guides to doing Mil Press with Dumbells and they all are different. Can someone tell me what correct form should be?

Specifically, should I mimic a standard SS Mil Press as much as possible - Palm forward vs turned inward and stop/start at rack height vs not bringing elbows below 90 degrees.

A press with dumb bells is different to with a barbell, because a bar must start either in front or behind the head. With dumb bells however, they move up and down in a straight path either side of your head. So the standard start position is fairly different to a barbell press. But with dumb bells you have a lot of flexibility, so you can do them pretty much how you like. You may well want to do them with parallel grip for instance, or rotate them during the pressout ala "arnold presses"

There is no one proper form, though I'd opt for maximum ROM variant. Palms to your chest and elbows at sides of your belly at the bottom, and standard palms forward elbows locked position at the top. Don't forget to keep abs and butt tight all the time.

I 2nd this, arnold presses are the closest thing to a standing barbell overhead press that you can get with dumbbells from start to finish. The bitch is getting them to your shoulders if you're doing them standing, and if you are I suggest you grab the dumbbells sit down and use your legs to get them up onto your shoulders then stand up and start pressing or do like an explosive hammer curl sorta of
