Whey and Casein Timing
No, this isn't about whey after workout and casein before bed. Rather, it's about spiking amino acids concurrently with insulin. The article is linked below, and sort of makes sense. Then again, that can be said of a lot of bro-science. Regardless, this does seem reasonable which is why I am asking your opinion.

This article is poorly written, poorly supported by data (despite the use of citations), and does not show us that casein has anything to offer us. Additionally, "spiking insulin" to get "more" MPS is bogus when taken into context of a meal, as a meal will cause insulin to go up and it's affect on MPS is more of a 'gatekeeper' vs. being synergistic.
And no, Casein does not inhibit muscle protein breakdown to a greater degree than whey over the course of a day given multiple feedings. Good grief.
