    Keep your knee on the TUBOW longer during the ascent.

    Start the set standing up. Walking weight out and starting a set with unlocked knees is asking for disaster.
    Also on some reps your knees were late to the TUBOW on the descent.

    Last set was the best.
    Without the pipe because of a much better back angle. And generally better set of squats.
