Yes, Tuesday and Thursday nights 6 ish, Sunday, 11:30 ish
Height to weight depends so much on previous weightlifting experience. I've looked at people's numbers and they are all over the place. Nick is doing my programming and coaching, all of the weights started at lower than what I would have picked myself.
Awesome. Good for you. I'm jealous, although I do see an SSC about once a month as time permits. No wonder your start seems textbook!
I'm given correction or feedback on almost every work set. Only Bench is natural for me. I would not feel safe starting this program, without a coach. 15 years ago it wouldn't have mattered maybe because I recovered so fast regardless of what I did to myself. But at 44, there's too much going on with where the knees are, how the wrists are etc. that I don't see, let alone even know to look for. I will probably go to once a week starting in week 5, haven't decided yet. Definitely feel like I lucked out with the gym, I don't really care for anything else in Wichita Falls, just here for work temporarily, Austin is home. No SSC or gym there that I'm aware of so I'll learn all I can while I'm here.
