    Default Starr Protocol Question

So, the way I read this is you work the 25 rep sets for 10 days, then go to 15's, 10's and finally 5's. The article also says you should be done in about 2 weeks.

So, even if you consider 5's a return to normal workouts then that only leaves 4 days to cycle through the 15's and 10's.

I figure I'll do 2 days of 15's and 2 days of 10's but something isn't sitting quite right in my noggin (many of you knew this). Maybe it's one of those play it by ear things where if your feeling good you can wrap it up, or stretch it out a bit if you need more time. My pull was pretty minor so I'm rarin' to go.

If you've done this before, how did you do the 15's and 10's?

I'm on day 10 today, so yay.

This may not help you much since it was a pec muscle belly tear but this was what I did:

Thanks, looks like a case for playing as you go. I might be out of the woods a little quicker since the tear was minor.
