    Male
    25
    6'
    105kg
    Bodyfat 20% at a guess

    Squat 165kg x 1
    Texas Method (Currently using Andy's Phase 3 from PPST3) Training 2 days a week for 1 - 2 hours.

I'd like to loose a little bit of the flab (I seem to carry it on my face for some reason) whilst getting stronger. Is this possible and what would you change in this diet? Conditioning is out of the question I'm looking to loose the flab through diet changes alone.

P.S. just seen the multi vitamin and iron thread - I currently use a multi but in that thread you say no to them. Given that I don't eat much fruit and veg, would you say yes or no to a multi for me?

    Breakfast:
2 small slices of fruit bread with a T spoon Kerrygold
    500ml whole milk
    2 scoops whey
    5g Creatine
    5g Pusylium Husks
    Multi
    Omega 3

    Lunch:
    Protein(one of the following) - 200g chicken breast/can of tuna/5 eggs + 500ml whole milk/125g steak + 500ml whole milk.
Carb: Baked potato + T spoon Kerrygold/two slices white toast + T spoon Kerrygold/small portion chips.

    Dinner:
Same as lunch one P and one C but always with 500ml-1L whole milk.

    Before Bed:
    500ml whole milk
    2 scoops whey
    slice of flapjack

    I think that's about it.

Whole milk? Is that necessary? I've been trying to slim and switched to skim, and then not much of it. Whole seems like a lot of fat.

Yea I think I'd pull the fat down to ~150g and put the carbohydrates to 340 with 35g of fiber being a minimum daily intake.

More veggies. Just tell people you're going Paleo.
