This has been an ongoing issue for at least 6 months. It started as my left leg hurting all the time. I also had a couple of 'fails' on deadlifts that hurt my lower back. I would always take a week to recover and then continue to train. The pain subsided and I was able to progress in my program. Until now.

Last couple of weeks, about the 3-4th set of 5x5 squats, my lower back begins to tighten and the pain become unbearable. Last night I was able to complete my 5x5 @ 365 but left. I could not finish my workout. My left knee dully aches constantly.

I'm to the point where I want to seek professional help. Does anyone know of a good Chiropractor, massage therapist, or specialist in the Tulsa Oklahoma area?
