Squats were easy. I have a horrible case of ulnar neuropathy caused by degernative bony changes in my elbow which is effecting my bench and press a lot. I am also about 50lbs underweight.

Attempted 345 for 5 today, but it just wasn't there....so I made the decision on the fly that I had probably run my linear progression as far as it was probably going to go....so
Squat 315 x 5 x 5
Press 125 x 5 x 5
Shrugs 275 x 5 x 8
Weight holding steady around 156 or so.
Front Squat - 225 x 2 x 5
Bench Press - 220 x 3 x 5
Power Snatch - 135 x 10 x 1

Bench Press: 225 x 3 x 5 (maybe didn't give enough rest for last set...had to power throug it)
Deadlift: 380 x 1 x 5 (struggled with rep #5...but this is either a PR, or very close to a PR for 5)
I think taking a day to do some heavy singles on squats last week did a lot to improve my confidence. I may attempt 405 for a triple on Friday.
